COUN 638 - Research Methods and Program Evaluation

This course will introduce research methods and statistical procedures that are necessary to the design, application, and evaluation of current research in the field of counseling. Analyzing and critiqued published empirical findings will be emphasized in the course. Topics will include research ethics, descriptive and inferential statistics, quasi-experimental designs, correlational research methods, nonparametric statistics, qualitative and mixed methodology, and program evaluation.
