BADM 663 - Healthcare Marketing Credit(s): 3 hours This course is designed to provide knowledge of the following issues relevant to healthcare marketing: 1) Nature of healthcare markets; 2) Concept of strategic marketing of healthcare organizations; 3) Marketing strategy and planning tools in the healthcare setting; 4) Healthcare customers and consumer behavior; 5) Application of 4Ps of marketing to healthcare marketing; and 6) Research in healthcare marketing. This course serves as an elective for students pursuing the MBA Healthcare Administration and Marketing Emphases.
