HSRV 534 - Clinical Management of Addictions Credit(s): 3 hours This course will prepare students to manage clinical documentation and understand policies used in addictions treatment. This course will prepare students to understand the methodology behind: biopsychosocial case conceptualization, treatment planning, psychopharmacological medications used in treating addictions, and co-occurring disorders. This course will also prepare students in screening and assessment procedures, forming diagnostic impressions, referral processes, and client advocacy. Pre-/Co-requisite(s): COUN 533, HSRV 531
