Program Description:

The Master of Science in Strategic Marketing is designed to equip students with advanced marketing knowledge, in-demand skills, and strategic competencies essential for careers in today’s global, digital and fast-paced business environment. By integrating the latest marketing practices and theories with emerging technologies and innovations, this cutting-edge curriculum prepares students to make data-driven marketing decisions, develop advanced marketing strategies, and lead marketing initiatives that drive business success in the ever-changing world & competitive landscape of business in the 21st century.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Students will be able to leverage advanced digital marketing tools and techniques to create comprehensive strategies that effectively engage digital-first audiences and optimize online presence.
  • Students will demonstrate proficiency in integrating sales management and customer relationship strategies with traditional and digital marketing plans to enhance customer loyalty, drive sales growth, and improve business outcomes.
  • Students will master the ability to develop and manage powerful brand strategies in both consumer and business markets, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in each sector.
  • Students will be capable of interpreting complex data sets to make evidence-based marketing decisions, enabling them to address and adapt to dynamic market conditions effectively.
  • Students will conduct rigorous research and apply research-based strategies that integrate theory and practical applications across business functional areas in strategic marketing.

Notes:


*All online students who are seeking to earn this degree must take this course in lieu of INTR 599, in addition to meeting all program degree requirements. Executive format students can substitute the required INTR 599 course in lieu of this course as part of their program degree requirements. 

** Executive format programs have an applied learning component (internship or practicum) that is an integral and essential part of the established curriculum. Due to the applied learning component required for the degree program, Executive format students must enroll in INTR every term of enrollment.
