BIOL 133 - Introduction to Population Biology


Credit: 3 hours
This course primarily intended for biology majors and minors. This course provides a detailed introduction to evolutionary and ecological principles of biology. Course topics include inheritance, population genetics, natural selection, life histories, behavior, and population ecology. Three lecture hours per week. This course primarily intended for biology majors and minors.
Prerequisite(s): ACT Math greater than or equal to 23. If ACT Math < 23, students are required to take MATH 132 (passing with at least a B grade).” Or at least a grade of B in BIOL 132
