BADM 313 - Operations Management

An introduction to the role of operations management within organizations. The course takes an applied and practical learning approach to the strategies, designs, and processes of operations management and includes topics such as product design and process selection, supply chain management, quality management and control, forecasting, inventory management, facility planning and management, and project management.
