POLS 239 - Legal Research and Writing

Legal Research and Writing requires students to familiarize themselves with the basic elements of legal forms and processes. This requires specialized writing skills that cannot be acquired without a dedicated class and practice. The research component requires students to become familiar with the common databases paralegals use to assist lawyers in research. Both of these components require a 3hr course.
