PHYS 312 - Experimental Design and Analysis Credit: 1 hour This intermediate lecture/laboratory course explores the principles of good experimentation. Specific topics include experimental design, proper measurement, statistical analysis, propagation of uncertainties, regression analysis, and model evaluation. One and a half laboratory hours per week. Prerequisite(s): grades of C or better in PHYS 340 and MATH 241 . Recommended: grade of C or better in MATH 335 Offered: fall semester
