ITCS 131 - Introduction to Computer Science

Offers a broad overview of computer science designed to provide students with an appreciation for and an understanding of the many different aspects of computer science. Topics include discrete mathematics, an introduction to programming languages, algorithmic problem solving, computability, basic concepts in hardware, operating systems, networks, graphics and a historical survey of computing and its social implications.
