BUFN 686 - Corporate Finance

This course focuses on issues in corporate finance from the perspective of financial managers who are involved in making and analyzing corporate financial decisions. This course provides an understanding of the corporate’s financial decision-making processes - how managers forecast financial needs, assess opportunities, and implement strategies that create enterprise value and maximizes a firm’s value. Upon completion of this course, students should acquire the analytical skills for making value-enhancing corporate investment decisions.
Prerequisite(s): Student must be enrolled in the Finance, MS program or a doctoral program.
