BUHA 668 - Strategic Management in Healthcare Administration

In this capstone course, students will synthesize and apply concepts learned in the Healthcare Administration concentration. The focus of this course requires case analysis to integrate the components of organizational strategy development and execution. Using the provided healthcare case study, students will assess the situation, identify the problem, and develop strategic alternatives in order to recommend a proposed solution.
