LEAC 850 - Strategic Leadership and AI Integration (Capstone)

This course equips students with the strategic leadership skills necessary to evaluate, guide, and implement AI initiatives within complex organizational systems. Students will integrate their knowledge of AI technologies, human-computer interaction, standards, risk analysis, and ethical frameworks to develop and present a comprehensive AI leadership plan. Emphasis will be placed on change management, cross-disciplinary collaboration, improvement planning, and the responsible stewardship of emerging technologies. This course may also be approved as a substitute for any LEAC/LEAS course in the Leadership curriculum.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of at least 12 credit hours in the Ed.D./Ph.D. Leadership Instructional Technology specialization or department approval.
