This course introduces Constitutional Law, the Supreme Court, and other aspects of the legal system using the case analysis approach. Its concentration is on the study and analysis of the United States Constitution and Supreme Court cases. Prerequisites: POLS 131 & POLS 233, or with consent of the Department Chair.
