BIOL 332 - Poisonous and Medicinal Plants

This course will cover the historical, cultural, scientific, and future usage of medicinal and poisonous plants throughout the world. An emphasis will be placed on the chemicals found in the plants and their physiological effect on humans, on appropriate medical terminology, and on important specific plant species.
