COMM 141 - Fundamentals of Advertising and PR Credits: 3 hours This course introduces the fundamentals of advertising and public relations from an integrated marketing communication perspective. Students learn the basics of strategic communication and explore the variety of communication tools available to execute an effective strategy. Additionally, students learn the ethical, regulatory, and social responsibility components of any advertising and public relations strategy. Offered: in the first bi-term of each semester.
