ENGL 130 - Fundamentals of College Writing

Credits: 3 hours
This course prepares students for the challenges of academic reading and writing. It provides practice in organizing ideas, writing paragraphs and editing for accuracy of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Students also gain experience in the analysis of both expository and literary materials, as well as gain practice in the writing process leading to the five-paragraph essay.
