LEGL 141 - Legal Terminology

Legal Terminology requires students to understand, and recall from memory, a large amount of legal terms, a great deal of which still retain their arcane Latin usages. Given the breadth and scope of legal categories this course needs to cover, a 3hr course is necessary.
