SOWK 338 - Case Management Credits: 3 hours This course will provide training in essential skills for conducting effective case management for individuals, families and groups encountered in the human services field. Students will learn how to serve as brokers of services and learn how to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Special instruction will be provided in maintaining accurate and professional documentation that fits standards for reimbursement and licensure review. Prerequisite(s): SOWK 234 Offered: spring semesters in-seat
