BADM 628 - Project Human Resource and Stakeholder Management Credit(s): 3 hours This course is designed to address the management of human resources and stakeholders within the framework of projects and their life cycles. While other knowledge areas within project management may often times provide concrete solutions and predictable outcomes, nothing can be more elusive to a project manager than the ability to plan projects where human resource capital and stakeholders are to be identified, selected, analyzed, communicated with, assigned roles, and managed. Project success depends on appropriate human resource allocation and full stakeholder engagement. This course will provide students with the processes and mechanisms to accomplish those same goals.
