CROL 689 - Drugs and Crime

This course focuses on the nature and scope of the relationship between drugs, alcohol, and crime, and the effect of anti-drug legislation on the criminal justice system in an historical and contemporary context. Literature affirming or denying the relationship between drugs and crime will be analyzed and evaluated, with various methods for accumulating data being examined and utilized.
