IECE 537 - Health & Safety Issues in Early Childhood

This course is designed to provide the candidate with a comprehensive understanding of the nutrition, health, and safety needs of children from birth through school age. Candidates learn when, where, and how to make healthcare referrals for young children. Candidates develop a working knowledge of all applicable health regulations for young children. Candidates are required to become trained in CPR.
