This course focuses on foundational organizational theories, leadership theories, and leadership process. The course provides an introduction to organizational development, the role of organizational leaders, and the related knowledge required in this role. Different types of organizations, such as private, public, for-profit, and non-profit organizations, will be analyzed in the course.
