LEAD 532 - Research Methods and Analysis

The course is designed to provide students with an analysis of research methods and procedures used in research in the field of organizational leadership. The course explores quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and statistical analysis to guide organizational decision-making. Special attention is given to making sound decisions regarding the selection of appropriate designs and methods for investigating research questions.
