LEAD 639 - Organizational Leadership Capstone

This course will provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate a synthesis of knowledge obtained in the program by focusing on prior course work, including building on the research methods and analysis concepts. Students will develop an academic paper and project around a practical organizational problem faced by leaders and contributes to the professional body of knowledge in organizational leadership.
