Topics covered include a comprehensive overview of the global supply chain management systems, technologies for planning and coordinating sourcing, procurement, conversion, and the associated logistics to manage material and information flow. The objective is to create net value, develop robust infrastructure, manage global logistics, and synchronize supply and demand across the supply chain.
