The Fundamentals of Public Administration course provides a comprehensive introduction to the key principles, practices, and challenges in the field of public administration. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the unique aspects of managing public organizations, navigating government structures, and addressing the complex issues that arise in the public sector. It provides an understanding of the history, theories and concepts of public administration within governmental organizations with a specific focus on state and local management units and how these are relative to the management and operations of a public enterprise organization.
